Letter Template

To the Glenview Park District, Village of Glenview Municipal Personnel, and the Media,

I am writing to expresses my support for the rights and welfare of all animals associated with the tax payer purchased and supported Wagner Farm. This includes all of the animals used in the Glenview Clovers 4H program. As there are various types of humane programming that are being used effectively at other types of farms and also open to the public, as well as people willing and qualified to implement such programming, there are no valid reasons for any kind of inhumane programming to still exist at Wagner Farm.

Wagner Farm Rescue Fund, a 501(c) (3) organization, was founded to address the welfare of any and all animals associated with Wagner Farm. This organization, now as in the past, seeks the opportunity to work in conjunction with Wagner Farm in the implementation of humane programming. This is an imperative endeavor that will not only reap benefits for all concerned but will result in Wagner Farm having a positive standing in all of the community rather than being wrought with public controversy.

I wish to see Wagner Farm established as a true asset to the community through being an exemplary example of a humane environment, and ask that you take the necessary steps to do so. Please allow Wagner Farm to live up to its potential and truly be the gem of Glenview.

Sincerely,
